Susanne Weisheit
As the founder of Rethinking Organisations, she combines many years of leadership experience with comprehensive knowledge and a keen sense for successful collaboration.
She brings 18 years of management and specialist experience in various corporations – including in IT, customer service, project management, Lean Six Sigma, and product management.
Her interest in people, human relationships, and social systems led her to turn this into a career on June 1, 2016, when she founded Rethinking Organizations.
She has been applying her mediation and consulting skills ever since:
- in corporations, SMEs, associations, universities, administrations, and administration-related companies
- including in the mechanical and plant engineering, skilled trades, insurance, and consulting sectors

- Initiator and designer of the scholarship project "Regenerative Management" together with professors from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences
In her free time, she enjoys traveling (either physically to distant countries with foreign cultures or mentally through exciting, intelligent books) or riding her motorcycle.

Anna Stachow
With her combination of professional depth, sensitive perception, and a structured view of interrelationships, she confidently guides people and teams through demanding transformation processes.
She brings 7 years of professional and management experience in various SMEs in legal consulting, HR, and process management.
She has been advising and supporting private individuals in life crises for 6 years.
She is currently undergoing further training as a Complexity Organizer at the FORMwelt Institute.

Mathis Kleinschnittger
He supports individuals and organisations undergoing change processes with his in-depth knowledge, many years of experience, high level of empathy, clarity, and humor.
He has 8 years of coaching and consulting experience with individual clients, teams, and organisations, primarily in the IT, startup, psychosocial, arts, and sports industries.
As a former dancer, he has come to know the body as an intelligent resource that enables individuals to develop their individuality, experience self-confidence as a strengthening feeling, and sharpen their communication skills. His experience and tools from coaching, communication, and bodywork complement each other to form effective expertise.
He is currently undergoing further training as a Complexity Organizer at the FORMwelt Institute.

Karry Schwettmann
As a long-standing management consultant, she combines a keen eye for effectiveness and efficiency with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective processes and structures.
With her broad background of experience and activities, she builds bridges between disciplines, with:
- in-depth expertise in sustainability work (impact measurement, certification, communication, reporting)
- many years of experience in research, sales, business development, and management
- enthusiasm for didactics, methodology, and facilitation
- an academic background in art history, archaeology, and German studies
She is currently undergoing further training as a Complexity Organizer at the FORMwelt Institute.
She enjoys spending her free time reading books, with her family, at flea markets, in thoughts, and painting/writing on paper.
