As the founder of Rethinking Organisations, she combines many years of leader­ship experience with comprehensive knowledge and a keen sense for successful collab­oration.

She brings 18 years of manage­ment and specialist experience in various corpo­rations – including in IT, customer service, project manage­ment, Lean Six Sigma, and product manage­ment.

Her interest in people, human relation­ships, and social systems led her to turn this into a career on June 1, 2016, when she founded Rethinking Organ­izations.

She has been applying her mediation and consulting skills ever since:

  • in corpo­rations, SMEs, associ­ations, univer­sities, admin­istrations, and admin­istration-related companies
  • including in the mechanical and plant engineer­ing, skilled trades, insurance, and consulting sectors

  • Initiator and designer of the scholarship project "Regen­erative Manage­ment" together with professors from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences

In her free time, she enjoys traveling (either physically to distant countries with foreign cultures or mentally through exciting, intelligent books) or riding her motor­cycle.
